Q.: How should I pay my registration fee?

 

A.: By bank transfer (attention: when ordering the transfert, do not forget to mention your family name in the order’s reference; this makes the identification of your payment here much easier).

 

ISCTE-IUL cannot accept payments by credit card. If it is not feasible for you to pay by bank transfer, we can organize your payment through the PayPal application; please write to us: rcslinternationalmeeting2018@gmail.com – and ask for this modality.

 

 

Q.: What is a VAT Number and do I really have to indicate it?

 

A.: VAT Number is one possible designation for Identification Number of Persons or Institutions for tax purposes. In Portugal, many institutions only reimburse invoices / receipts with mention of this number. This is why we included this field in the form. If you do not need this mention on your receipt, you may omit that indication. In its current state the form does not require this information anymore.

 

 

Q.: Do the congress organizers also organize my accommodation in Lisbon?

 

A.: Unfortunately not; the human resources available to the Conference Organization do not allow us to offer such a service. Participants have to book their hotel or hostel rooms by themselves.
